America’s uniquely quintessential spirit, bourbon is experiencing an unprecedented surge of popularity. And despite being made from just three simple ingredients, its complex interplay of flavors and aromas embodies a culture that is as unique as America itself. Join us this month as we explore the world of small-batch bourbons meaning each bottle comes from an individual aging barrel as opposed to being a blend of various barrels. We will taste:
- 1792 with Cheese Board (Mkono Cinta Salami, English Stilton, Camembert, Manchego)
- A Smith Bowman with Salmon/Tuna Tartar Rye Toast Points Capers, red onion, Cream Cheese
- Hudson Baby Bourbon Whiskey with Pecan-Stuffed Center Cut Pork Chops with a Cream Gravy Mashed Potatoes, Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- Basil Hayden’s with Fudgy Brownie with Chipotle Toasted Walnuts, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream & Chocolate Bourbon Sauce
The evening includes a four-course gourmet meal to pair with the bourbons.
