Stuffed ham is a Southern Maryland original - corned ham stuffed with a spicy melange of fresh greens, chile pepper flakes and so much more! Wrapped in cheesecloth and boiled for hours, it it truy a labor of love. Join our very special guest and St. Mary's County native Darren Dahlstrom as he shares his recipe for his holiday treat.

Watch and cook along virtually with us - you purchase your own ingredients ($25/login)
Join us in person for one of our 12 exclusive VIP Chef’s Table seats. Your experience includes happy hour with a complimentary drink and an artisan cheese board before taping begins, a seat at the chef’s table, all of the food and drink prepared during class, and use of the second floor deck before and after class. ($99/person)
