Description
Mixologist Brooke Brown joins us for the next in her wildly popular Shaken & Stirred series. And this time we're going to be creating some delicious champagne cocktails! Using homemade syrups and fresh ingredients you will learn to create these craft cocktails and of course enjoy them too! No experience necessary, just come sip and enjoy the evening. You’ll prepare and enjoy amazing three cocktails. A light tasting menu is also included.

1 oz. Coconut Rum
2 oz. Honey syrup
Ice, Shake and Strain and top with Champagne
The Rose Noir
1 oz. Vodka
1 Lemon Muddled
2 Bar Spoon of Blackberry Preserves
Top with Champagne
Mexican 75
½ oz. Agave Nectar
1 Muddled Lime Slice
1 oz. Tequila
Ice, Shake and Strain into couple glass and top with champagne
