Description
Join Chef Gwyn, Carolyn Hart of Patuxent Wine & Spirits, and wine expert Eric Ruminap, as we take a deep dive into the impact terroir (the soil, water, air, etc.) has on two very different grape varietals - pinot gris and syrah. We'll sample three different vintages of each, from very different parts of the world to see how terroir affects the wines ultimate body and flavor. And of course we'll have a tasting menu to compliment the wines. You don't want to miss this very special Wine Down Wednesday!
